Admissions

We are very excited that you have expressed an interest in Yvonne Learning Center.

In order to become eligible for admission to Yvonne Learning Center, each prospective new student and his/her parents must do the following:



  1. Completion and submission of all registration forms, completed and signed by the person(s) responsible for the payment of tuition and fees
  1. Payment of all fees. Registration and diagnostic testing fee are non-refundable
  1. Transcript, withdrawal form and report card from previous school showing satisfactory progress report and conduct
  1. Administrative interview with students and their parents
  1. Florida Certificate of Immunization form (DH 680)
  1. Student Health Examination form (DH 3040)
  1. A copy of the birth certificate and social security card
  1. Diagnostic testing
  1. Emergency Contact Form

RE-ENROLLMENT

Current pupils are accepted for re-enrollment on the basis of their academic progress, disciplinary record and fiscal responsibility.  Reasons for denial of re-enrollment may also include but are not limited to students or parents displaying an attitude of disrespect for this school and/or its administration up to and including verbal outbursts of anger toward office staff, faculty, class sponsors, principals, etc.

Y.L.C. is a place where learning is prized, parents and teachers are partners in helping each student experience success in the classroom.  Our primary goal is to provide your child(ren) with the best education possible. Also the fine arts are an integral part of YLC's curriculum students may choose from an array of dance, music, visual arts, and theatre classes provides a comprehensive curriculum, and administers the Stanford Achievement Test to monitor instructional progress.
